Movernment

is pleased to direct that the detailed Statement of work

performed each month

the Survey Department and the Requisitions in reference thereto

only be applicable

work for which they are specifically

prepared, and that

remaining incomplete

last day of each month shall not

be proceeded with in the succeeding month unless covered by a fresh Statement and requisition.
